We are Brandon and Maria Garrett, the husband and wife team behind Goober’s Bar-B-Que-a passion driven BBQ business built on tradition, pride and the unmistakable flavor of slow-smoked Texas barbecue.

The name Goober’s comes from Brandon’s grandpa, whose nick name was Goober. He was a proud business owner who always led by example and taught Brandon the importance of hard work, integrity and taking pride in what you create. We carry that same spirit in everything we do.

Whether we’re catering your special event or setting up shop at a local pop up, our goal is simple: serve unforgettable barbecue with heart, hustle and a whole lot of post oak smoke.
